A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City entered into an agreement with Willdan Associates
on October 4, 1983 for the provision of building rehabilitation inspection
services; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain a higher level of services from
Willdan Associates not covered under the terms and conditions of the existing
Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
That the attached Amendment to the Agreement between the City of
Lynwood and Willdan Associates dated October 4, 1983 is approved subject to
such changes as are approved by the City Attorney, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said Amendment.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of March 1984.
