A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR
THE VILLAGES PHASE 1.
Whereas, The City received confirmation that The Village's Phase 1 have completed the
requirements of the agreement. The streets, sewers and water main are installed.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve '
'the improvement for The Villages Phase 1.
On the 8th day of April, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution,No. 2015-044 Approving the .
Improvements for The Villages Phase 1 and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by.Councilperson Ryan. "
Ayes: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-044 Approving the Improvements for The
Villages Phase 1 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 8th day of April, 2015.
