CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 10, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the February 10, 2020 City Council work session to order at 5:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for roll-call:
Present: Graham, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Prather, Mihalevich, Schreiber, Ward
Absent: Fitzwater and Wiseman
A quorum was declared present.
NEW BUSINESS
Mayor Tergin stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, she would
entertain a motion to go into Closed Session to discuss the following:
1) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals
and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a
contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected.

A motion was made by Councilman Schreiber to go into Closed Session for the above-stated
reasons, seconded by Councilwoman Ward, and approved by the following roll-call vote at 5:31
P.M.:
Present: Graham, Hussey, Hensley, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, Ward
Nay: None
Absent: Fitzwater and Wiseman
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Following the Closed Session, the Council reconvened in Open Session at 7:30 P.M. with the
following Council Members present:
Present: Hensley, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, Wiseman, and Ward
Absent: Fitzwater, Graham, Hussey
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Hensley, seconded by Councilman Schreiber, and
approved unanimously at 7:30 P.M.
