A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS
- PAD REQUEST ( LOT 109) r
Whereas, The City. of Tiffin, Iowa recognizes that it needs to hold a public hearing prior
to any updates to the zoning code and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the public hearing on this
lot was published according to State of lowa.rules;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council -of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing for March 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
On the 11th day of March, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,'Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2015-033, A RESOLUTION.
SETTING,A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS PAD REQUEST ( LOT 109)
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.

Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Ryan
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-033, A RESOLUTIONSETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS PAD REQUEST ( LOT 109) to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
