A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION OF
CITY TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30;,2016.
_ Whereas the City Council of Wthe City of Tiffin, Iowa iri Johnson County met on March
25th, 2015 at the place and hour set in the notice of public hearing, a copy of which
accompanies this certificate and is certified as'to publication and
Whereas the City Council, after, hearing all taxpayers wishing to be heard and
considering the statements made by them, if any, gave final consideration to the
proposed budget at the hearing.
Now, therefore be it -resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that
following notice published on March, 19th, 2015 and the public hearing held March 25tH
-.2015, the annual budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, as set forth in the
..Budget Summary Certificate and in the detail, by fund type and activity,that supports this
resolution which was considered at that hearing, is hereby adopted and the Clerk is
directed to make the filing required bylaw.
�On the 25th day of March, 2015, ata regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa,,Councilperson Kahlerintroduced Resolution No. 2015-038; A RESOLUTION,
ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION OF CITY TAXES FOR
. THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2016 and made a motion for approval. Motion
`seconded by Councilperson'Upton., ,
Ayes: Upton, Bartels,Havens, Ryan, Kahler.
Nays: NONE, ,
Absent: NA
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval, and Mayor Berner
c declared that the "Resolution No. 2015-038, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE,
ANNUAL BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION -OF CITY TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR'
ENDING JUNE 30, 2016 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
' his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 25th day of March, 2012.
