A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPKOVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SVH ASSOCIATES AND AUTHOKIZ-
ING EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to obtain the services of a
Planning Consultant to prepare a revision of the Housing Element of the City's
General Plan pursuant to Government Code Section 65588; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that SVH Associates is a qualified
planning consultant able to provide expertise and assistance to the City of
Lynwood in the revision of the referenced Housing Element;
resolves:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
Section 1. An Agreement between the City of Lynwood and SVH Associates
in the amount of 3,600 for Planning Services is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement upon
City Attorney's approval.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of March 1984.
