A Resolution Approving Pay Estimate from Cornerstone for
2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project(CCA Schools) DIV II
for the amount of $159,528.80

Whereas, .The City received confirmation that a phase of the above project has been
completed and verification has been confirmed of completion thus -far by the City
engineer and the contractor, Cornerstone Excavating, has properly submitted a pay
estimate for payment.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Councilof the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the pay,estimate to Cornerstone Excavating` for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension
Project DIV II (CCA School) in the amount of $159,528.80.
On the 8th day of,April, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-041, A RESOLUTION
Approving Pay' Estimate from Cornerstone for 2014 Water & Sewer Extension
Project(CCA Schools) DIV II for the amount of $159,528.80 and made a' motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, AI Havens
Nays: none.
Absent: none.'
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner "
declared that the Resolution'No. 2015-041, A RESOLUTION Approving Pay
Estimate from Cornerstone for 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project(CCA
Schools)_ DIV II for the amount of $159,528.80 to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 8th day,of April, 2015.
