HomeMy Public PortalAbout84-035 (04-13-84)RESOLUTION N0. 84-35 A KESULUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE MEMOKANDUM OF UNDEKSTANDING WITH THE MANAGEMENT GKOUP AND THE MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a Memo- randum of Understanding between the City and the Lynwood Employee Management Group for 1982-84; and': WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a Salary Resolution incorporating the wage and benefit provisions of the Memorandum and including a Management Salary Schedule; and WHEREAS, City and Lynwood Employee Management Group representatives have met, conferred and agreed to adjust the salary range for the Director of Community Development based on responsibility changes of the position. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: Section 1. Amend the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lynwood a_nd the Lynwood Employee Management Group to include the Letter of Understanding (Exhibit A). Section 2. Amend the Management Salary Schedule of the Salary Resolution to delete Director of Community Development from the 12M salary range and add Director of Community Development to the lOM salary range.
