A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOUD
AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN TAX DEEDED LAND AND
APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE SUCH
LAN D
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has determined that certain real
property known as Parcel 9, Page 36, County Assessor's Book No. 6189, will be
_ sold due to delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has offered this property for
sale to the City of Lynwood; and

IJHEREAS, the City of Lynwood is legally entitled to purchase such
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April 1984.

ATTEST:
Section I. The City of Lynwood agrees to purchase said property
known as Parcel 9, Page 36, County Assessor's Book No. 6189, for the price of
$1.50, and in addition will assume the costs of the County of Los Angeles
advertising their intent to sell this property, as well as a postal charge
of $6.00; and
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
to purchase the above described property.
