RESOLUTION NO. 2015-042
A RESOLUTION' APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #1 FROM KMA TRUCKING &
EXCAVATING FOR 20141&1 PHASE 0 PROJECT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $36,748.37-.
Whereas, The City received confirmation that a phase of the above project has been
completed and verification has been confirmed of completion thus far by the City
engineer and the contractor, KMA Trucking & Excavating, has properly submitted a pay
estimate for payment.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin", Iowa to approve
the pay estimate to KMA TRUCKING & EXCAVATING FOR 2014 1&I PHASE 0
PROJECT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $36,748.37
On the 8t" day of April, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-042, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #1 FROM KMA TRUCKING & EXCAVATING FOR
2014'1&1 PHASE 0 PROJECT FOR"THE AMOUNT OF $36,748.37 and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. '

Ayes: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present -and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-042, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY
ESTIMATE #1 FROM KMA TRUCKING & EXCAVATING FOR 2014 1&1 PHASE 0
_ PROJECT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $36,748.37 to be adopted and signified his approval
of the same by affixing his signature thereto..
Passed by the City Council on the 8t" day of April, 2015.
