A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Oh THE CITY OF LYNWOUD
SETTING A POLICY FOR HANGING OF BANNERS ACROSS CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City could incur liability
for allowing the hanging of banners across City streets; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to seta policy to regulate
the hanging of banners across City streets,
resolves:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
Section 1. The hanging of banners across City streets shall be
prohibited.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
