i. Pursuant to Sec. 610.021 (1) of the Revised Statues of Missouri, the Chair will
entertain a motion to go into Closed Session to discuss the following: Legal actions,
causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any
confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or
its representatives and its attorneys. [Sec. 610.021(1)]
b. Reconvene in Open Session
