RESOLUTION NO. 84 -2322
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR COST - SHARING OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Transportation has presented an Agreement for cost sharing
of the State highways in the City of Temple City effective
December 4, 1984, and to remain in effect until amended or ter-
minated.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City has
read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents
thereof:
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Temple City that said agreement for cost sharing of the State
highways in the City of Temple City is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of Temple City.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1984.

held on the 4th day of December, 1984, by the following vote:
