CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 17, 2020
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin, President Pro Tempore Rick Mihalevich called
the February 17, 2020 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45 P.M. to review the
agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when t he meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Hensley, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, and Ward
Absent: Graham and Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Schreiber will lead the prayer.
Appointments by the Mayor
- Councilman Mihalevich will request a motion to approve the recommended
appointments, two of which require a 2/3 majority vote.
Councilman Graham arrived at the meeting at 5:48 p.m.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff provided a summary of their respective bills introduced.
Bills Pending
- City Staff provided a summary on their respective pending bills.
Resolutions
- City Staff provided a summary on their respective resolutions.
