Minutes Special City Council Meeting
Monday, July 16, 2012
Tiffin Fire Department Meeting Room
The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Monday, July 11 2012 at the Tiffin Fire Department Meeting,
Room:-Mayor Berner,called the meeting to order at 6:00 pin. Roll Call vote: Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton, and
Travis Weipert.
Motion made by Weipert, seconded by Upton to approve the agenda. Carried unanimously.
New Business.
Resolution 2012-35 Authorizing the use of the Preliminary Official Statement. Council person Weipert motioned'
to authorize the use of the Preliminary Official Statement, Council person Bartels seconded the motion. Roll
call vote: Bartels=aye, Upton=aye, Weipert=aye. Motion carries unanimously.
Motion made by Weipert, and seconded,by Upton td adjourn at 6:04 p:m. Carried unanimously.
