Room at the Tiffin Fire Department.: Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll
call vote: Mike Ryan, Jim Bartels and Peggy,Upton:

'Hearing for Water Tower: Motion by Ryan to°approve resolution 2012-43, seconded by
Bartels. All ayes: Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Upton, seconded by Bartels to adjourn the,meeting at 6:02 p.m. All ayes.
