Whereas there are serious complaints in reference
to the unequal collections of licences in the town
of Livermore, therefore be it resolved by the Trustees
of said Town, that the Clerk be required, and
it is hereby made his duty, to make out a list of

& complaints
said Trustees, and for the inspection of all Taxpayers
concerning same.

Resolved: That it is the intention of the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Livermore to order the following
street work to be done in said town:
That L" street from its intersection with the center

line of Second" street to its intersection with the center

Authorizing
line of Fifth street be macadamized with gravel

to the depth of four inches for a distance of eight
street
feet on each side of the center line of said L" street

And this Resolution is ordered to be signed by the
Clerk of this board, and be posted on three Town
bulletin boards, for six days, and be published
once in the Livermore Herald news paper. And
notice is hereby given that all persons objecting to
said work, are required to file their remonstrances
with the Clerk of the Board of Trustees, before the
expiration of the publication and posting of this
Resolution of Intention, as required by law-
stateing how much frontage on said street is represented
by the parties objecting, and in what respect they feel
aggrieved.
