RESOLUTION NO. 85 -2329
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 60 -46 OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 9
THERETO RELATING TO THE ASSUMPTION OF DUTIES
PREVIOUSLY CONDUCTED BY THE PARKING COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. New Section 9 is hereby added to Resolution No. 60 -46
of the City Council of the City of Temple City as follows:
Section 9. It shall further be the duty of the Traffic
Commission to conduct each, every, and all of the duties
assigned to the Parking Commission as set forth in Section
2640 et seq. in the Temple City Municipal Code and in the
manner provided in Section 31770 et seq. of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED this 15th day of January, 1985.
