A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF
FOUR THOUSAND, SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($4,017) FROM
STREET IMPROVEMENTS - SAN LUIS AVENUE PROJECT
NO. 5-5027 TO NATATORIUM REHABILITATION PROJECT
N0. 5-5042
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing safe facilities
for Lynwood citizens; and
WHEREAS, the need for security screens on windows of the Natatorium
has been shown; and
WHEREAS, funds for the completion of this project are available
from the San Luis Avenue Project No. 5-5027,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriation transfer:
FROM TO
5-5027 Street Improvements $4,017 5-5042 Natatorium Rehabilitation
San Luis Avenue $4,017
Section 2. This resolution shall became effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May 1984.
