The Board was called to order at 8.20 P.M.
President Stevens in the chair, a quorum present
as follows Trustees Beazell. P. Callaghan and

The Fire Committee made a partial report in the

and examined the property effected by "N" street, and
that the various parties had made satisfactory arrang-
ments, After discussion, On motion it was decided
to return the various sums collected from Property
owners in the Matter of the proposed opening of "Pearl"
"N" and "P" streets, viz

Regarding Catanich
A Communication was read from P. Catanich
license etc
regarding certain actions of the Marshal in Connection
with collecting his license. The Marshal and Mr Catarich
each gave the Board their version of the affair, No
action taken
The street Committee were granted further time
to prepare an Ordinance declaring certain streets
public highways
Trustee Kennedy was excused and left the hall
On Motion, the license for entertainment given by
the Livermore Band was donated them

On Motion license No 188 to M. M. Brooks being
unpaid was donated to his Estate

The question of reducing the license of circus to ex-
