AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR INDUSTRIAL W ASTEW ATER
DISCHARGE MONITORING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") wishes to seek bids for a new
Industrial Wastewater Discharge Monitoring Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borough Engineer and the Borough's Purchasing
Agent hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and advertise for received
bids for a new Industrial Wastewater Discharge Monitoring Contract.
Adopted this 9th day of November, 2004 and
