Monday, September 15, 1969 at 8 : 15 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Arnold Erdman, John Willegalla, Tom Stevens, Anne Dorweiler
and Robert Roehl present.
The minutes of August 19, 1969 read. Moved by Tom Stevens that the minutes
be approved with the correction that the motion regard to the outdoor toilet,
read,be changed to state "built" rather than "moved".
Seconded by John Willegalla
Motion carried.
Jack Kain appeared with a drawing show the locat'on of the garage he is to
build. Moved by Tom Stevens that we suggest that the building inspector issue
a building permit.
Seconded by John Willegalla.
Motion carried.
Thomas H. Healey appeared with regard to obtaining a special permit for
Frank Groves, Associates, Inc. Moved by Anne Dorweiler to recommend to the
Council to issue a special use permit for training facilities for horses in
condunctan with the stable, to Groves Associations, Inc.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman
Motion carried.
Arnold Erdman brought up the matter of the toilet being build in the
Independence Beach - he is to contact Raymond Bosch.
Anne Dorweiler and Tom Stevens reported on the Seminar on Planning and Zoning
and low income housing, etc, which they attended at the Ambassador Motel.
Moved by.Tom Stevens that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
