RESOLUTION NJ. 84-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE
CITY OF LYNV~DOD ESTABLISHIIVG THE PARKING
VIOLATION BAIL SCHIDULE FOR THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD
i
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Lynwood establishes certain
parking restrictions with a violation bail schedule to be determined by
a resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the Parking Violation
Bail Schedule pursuant to the Code of the City of Lynwood;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The bails set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein are hereby approved and established as the bails to be
posted with the Compton Court pursuant to the indicated provisions of the
Code of the City of Lynwood.
Section 2. The City Council hereby declares its intention that
in order to provide for a single doc~unent setting forth the Parking Violation
Bail Schedule that any future amendments, additions or deletions to the
Parking Violation Bail Schedule as established by the Code of the City of
Lynwood shall be accomplished only through the adoption of a revised
Exhibit A by resolution of this City Council.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
