Call to Order and Roll Call r
The City of Tiffin City Council met in a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Tiffin
City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. Roll
Call: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels. Absent: NONE Also present: Engineer
'Ben Carhoff and Deputy Clerk Ashley Jay-Platz.
Ryan motioned to approve agenda; seconded by Kahler. All ayes, motion carried.

Upton Motioned for Approval of Contracts for Interim Administrator/Clerk Tim Long; -seconded by
Ryan. All ayes, motion carried.
