A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OI' Tf~ CITY OF LYN4VOOD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
OF SEVIN THOUSAND DOLLARS FROIVI THE HCDA
I'[IND BALANCE AND A TRANSFER OF' GENERAL FUND
MONIES TO COVER THE COST OF CODE EVFORCL'NIENT
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY SERVICES.
Wf~ZEAS, 1~,venty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars was
r~' appropriated to account 27-4672-2202 to cover the cost of prosecuting
~ attorney services for the City's Code Enforcement Program for fiscal
~ 1983-84; and
WHEREAS, said appropriation was based on a minimum number of
hours of service expected to be provided; and
WHEREAS, the actual number of hours of service has exceeded
previous estimates; and
~9IIEREAS, on October 1, 1983, the agreement for said services
was.amended to increase the amount of compensation from Seventy Dollars
($70) per hour to Eighty Dollars ($80) per hour; and
4VFIEREAS, cost projections estimate the need for an additional
Seven Thousand Dollars to erase the current account deficit of One
Thousand Seven. Hundred Dollars and cover the cost of said services
through June 30, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make the
following appropriations:

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make the
following transfer:
FROA4 1983-1984 TO
General Fund 1-6927 $7,000 HCDA fund 27-3901 $7,000
PASSID, APPROVID and ADOPTED this 3rd day of July ,
1984.
