A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION 83-71
WHEREAS, negotiations with the Lynwood Firefighters Association and
~..., Lynwood Employee Management Group have been concluded; and
~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted comprehensive
Memorandum of Understanding with the Lynwood Firefighters Association and the
Lynwood Employee Management Group; and
WHEREAS, negotiated adjustments should be reflected in salary schedules
for fiscal year 1984-85;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 83-71 is amended to incorporate all
wage and benefit provisions of the Comprehensive Memoranda of Understanding
between the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Firefighters Association and between
the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Employee Management Group as adopted on June
19, 1984 and July 3, 1984 respectively.
Section 2. That Resolution 83-71 is amended to substitute the attached
Exhibits B and C Management and Firefighter salary schedules with effective dates
as specified and to extend Exhibits A, D, E and F into fiscal year 1984-85 unless
or until amended.
Section 3. This reolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 1984.
