A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWO
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,900) FROM
STREET IMPROVEMENTS--SAN LUIS STREET PROJECT
NO. 5-5027 TO REHABILITATION PROJECT AT COMb1UNITY
CENTER AND NATATORIUM PROJECT N0. 5-5041
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing
adequate recreation facilities for its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City Park Project No. 5-5041 is in need of
additional funds to complete the project; and
[+THEREAS, funds for completion of this project are avail-
able from the Jobs Bill Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make
the following appropriation.
FROM TO
Capital Improvement Fund - 5-5041 - City Park Rehabilitation
Fund Balance........$2,900 Project ....................$2,900
Section 2. That the City Dlanager is authorized to make
the following transfer.
FROM TO
Jobs Bill Fund - Capital Improvement Fund -
47-6905 .............$2,900 5-3947.....................$2,900
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of
July 1984.
