A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THE FIRE CHIEF/
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND, IiQ HIS ABSENCE,
THE PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR, TO ACT AS
CITY MANAGER WHEN THE NEED ARISES
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood does not have an
Assistant City Manager position which assumes the duties
of City Manager during the Manager's absence; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has previously adopted
Resolution No. 82-52, which designates the Fire Chief/
Director of Public Safety, as Acting City Manager when the
need arises; and
No. 82-52:
WHEREAS, This Resolution supersedes Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, the
Lynwood does hereby resolve as
Section 1. The Fire
Safety, and, in his absence the
shall act as City Manager when
