A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPRO-
PRIATION TRANSFER OF $3,000 FROM PERSONAL
SERVICES TO MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS

WHEREAS, the Accounting Department requires a transfer
of appropriation from Personal Services to Maintenance and
Operations; and
WHEREAS, the need for the transfer is the result of
vacant staff positions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appro-
priation transfer and its Budget implications:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to
make the following appropriation transfer:

2-4302-1101 - - - - $3,000
T o
2-4302-2202 - - - - $3,000
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
October 1984.
