A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TRANSFERRING
CUSTODIAN OF PETTY CASH FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 84- 2269•appointing Mary Willford,
Chief Deputy City Clerk, as custodian of the petty cash fund of the
City is hereby rescinded; and
SECTION 2. that Sonja M. Habib, Deputy City Clerk, be named
custodian of the petty cash fund, effective April 2, 1985; and
SECTION'3. that the funds be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer,
and City Clerk, made out to Sonja M. Habib, custod.an of such fund;
and
SECTION 4. that all records of expenditures be maintained
as set forth in Resolution No. 67 -709, adopted March 7, 1967, all
subject to periodic audit by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1985.

Temple City, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April, 1985,
by the following vote of the Council:
