Absent Van Heiden and Eilderts. Eiten moved to approve the minutes of the November regular meeting. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve the following Fire Department Officers for 2021: Greg Winger, Chief, Tyler Duhn, Assistant Chief, Kendall Abbas and Chase Babcock, Captains; Mark Wiltfang, Lieutenant; Larry Hazuka, Secretary; Brittanee Deeringer and Tracy Herington, EMS Captains. Eiten seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve quote from Aeration Works to replace the diffuser assemblies at the sewer lagoon at a cost of$8,700.00.
