ORDINANCE NO. /(10/
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROVING A
PRELIMINARY PUD PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3520 WEST EDGEWOOD
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to
zoning have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Preliminary PUD Plan, on file as Case No. P20001 in Jefferson
City Planning Division, is hereby approved for the following described real estate: Tract
3-A of the lot division survey of Lot 3 of C.0 West Subdivision - Section 2, as shown by
the survey recorded in Book A, Page 934, records of Cole County, Missouri, containing
6.90 acres.
Section 2. Permitted Land Uses: Permitted uses for the property shall be limited
to the permitted uses of the C-0 Office Commercial zoning district. Signage and lighting
shall adhere to the allowances of the C-0 zoning district and the Preliminary PUD Plan,
on file as Case No. P20001 in Jefferson City Planning Division.
Section 3. Common Areas and Public Land. No common areas are proposed and
no lands are dedicated to public use within this PUD Plan.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
