A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING, WITH ADDI-
TIONAL CONDITIONS, PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION PC 85.1167 RELATING TO TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP 43590.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon a public hearing regarding Tentative
Tract Map 43590 at 5562 Welland Avenue, Temple City, the City
Council confirms in full Resolution No. PC 85 -1168, thereby
approving the Environmental Impact Report and Tentative Tract
Map 43590, and each and all of the conditions attached thereto;
subject, however, to the following additional conditions:
1. Condition No. 18 is modified to include an adequate
number of sprinkler heads as approved by the Fire
Department; and
2. That this Tentative Tract Map approval shall not be-
come effective for any reason unless and until pend-
ing Property Nuisance Case No. 85 -133 is resolved to
the satisfaction of the City of Temple City; and, if
not so satisfied within! sixty (60) days from this
date, then this approval shall lapse and the Tract
Map shall be deemed denied.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
