Leesburg Town Council to Hold Electronic Meeting at 6pm on
Friday, January 29, 2016
Leesburg, VA (January 29, 2016) – Pursuant to VA Code Section 2.2-3708 (G), the Leesburg
Town Council will hold an emergency electronic meeting at 6:00pm on Friday, January 29, 2016,
to discuss snow removal operations.
Members of the public wishing to participate can join the meeting by calling 1-415-655-0003
and following the prompts to enter access code 730 -464-496. Please note that this meeting is
not a public hearing. While members of the public can listen to the discussion, there will be no
opportunity for public comment.
Member of the public who wish to submit comments regarding this meeting are encouraged to
complete the attached Electronic Meeting Public Comment form and return to the Clerk of
Council (email: clerk@leesburgva.gov, fax: 703-771-2727 or mail: 25 W Market St, Leesburg, VA
