RESOLUTION NO. 2015-043
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT THE CITY WILL PAYFOR ELECTRICITY USED
BY THE STREETLIGHTS FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PT-4.
Whereas, The-City received confirmation that the street lights have been installed and
completed to the City's specifications.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the street lights in Woodfield Ridge Pt-4.
On the 8th day of April, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015-043, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THAT THE CITY WILL PAY FOR ELECTRICITY USED BY THE •
STREETLIGHTS FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PT-4 and made a motion for approval.
Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan:
Ayes: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens
Nays: none.
Absent: none.

Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015-043, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT THE
CITY WILL PAY FOR ELECTRICITY USED BY THE STREETLIGHTS FOR
WOODFIELD RIDGE PT-4 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council-on the 8th day of April, 2015.
