PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret purchased 29-31 Washington
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the property is now recorded in the name of the
Borough of Carteret, and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is exempt from paying taxes,
and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that taxes be cancelled
as follows:

220 6 29-31 Washington Ave 2004 $ 3,451.92
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector cancel taxes as stated above.
