A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ORDERING AN ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR THE 1985 -86 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT
LEVY FOR THE CITY -WIDE LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has formed a City -Wide Lighting
District pursuant to the requirements of Article 4, Chapter 1 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the Landscape and
Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 requires an
annual Engineer's Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Dwight F. French is hereby appointed to prepare a
report pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 1, Division 15 of the California
Streets and Highways Code for the maintenance of street lights within
said City -Wide District.
SECTION 2. Said report to be titled: "Engineer's Report for
the City -Wide Lighting District 1985 -86 Fiscal Year Levy ".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.

held on the 7th day of May, 1985 by the following vote:
