CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2015-050
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING &ZONING
MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, there is a current opening on Planning & Zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements; and
THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City Council is appointing Barbra VanGorp to the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
On this 22nd day of April 2015 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Bartels
introduced RESOLUTION 2015-050 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING &
ZONING MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was
seconded by Council person Havens.
AYE: Peggy Upton,Jim Bartels,Al Havens,Joan Kahler

NAY: NONE
PASSED: YES
ABSENT: Mike Ryan
WHEREUPON, with four votes'for approval, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution,2015-050 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING &ZONING MEMBER FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed, and'approved this 22ND day of April , 2015. '
