A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING DECEMBER 24, 1984 AND DECEMBER
31, 1984, AS ONE-TIME CITY HOLIDAYS; AND APPROPRIATING
THE FUNDS THEREFOR."
WHEREAS, The City Council had previously voted to grant
December 24 and December 31, 1984 as one-time City Holidays; and
WHEREAS, This Resolution implements the action of the
Council granting the additional holidays:
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Lynwood
DOES RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That December 24, 1984 and December 31, 1984
are established as one-time City holidays.
Section 2. That all full-time Civil Service employees
(except fire fighters) be granted these two days off with pay.
Section 3. That all fire fighters will be given a cash
reimbursement equivalent to one shift.
Section 4. That the City Manager is authorized to make
the following appropriation:
