~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOU AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION; OF
ADDITIONGL FUNDS FROM THE SP 821 FUND TO COVER
THE COST OF THE NEW SIDEWALk: AND WHEELCHAIR
RAMP PROJECT NU. :,-.~f1C16.
WHEREAS, The City Council in June, 1°84, adopted the budget for
fiscal year 1984185; and
WHEREAS, The new sidewalk and wheelchair ramp project
was budgeted for thirty thousand dollars (~'U,ner_~); and
WHEREAS, the project was e;;panded to emcompass additional
locations; and
WHEREAS, The Engineer's estimate far t!-ie project is ~SO,O~~U,
including construction engineering rusts; and
WHEREAS, The City Council an December 4, iP84 approved the
specifications fnr the project and authorized advertising for
bids; and
WHEREAS, Additional funds are required to cover the e;;panded
scope of the pro;ect; and
WHEREAS, Additional funds ar-e available in the SB 222 Fund; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has studied this appropriatiar~ and its
budget implications:
