ORDINANCE NO. 11,02 1 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE J (PARKING PROHIBITED) AND
SCHEDULE 0 (PARKING TIME LIMIT ZONES), BY ADDITION OF ROADWAYS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J (Parking
Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of:
Fulkerson Street: on the east half thereof, starting at the unnamed alley between West
McCarty Street and West High Street and continuing south to the end
of the roadway.
Fulkerson Street: on the west half thereof, starting 45' south of the unnamed alley
between West McCarty Street and West High Street and continuing
south to the end of the roadway.
Section 2. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule 0 (Parking Time
Limit Zones), section a (Time Zone A -10 minute), of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of:
High Street, East: on the south side, of the 300 block, the first legal parking space, east of
Monroe Street.
Section 3. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule 0 (Parking Time
Limit Zones), section d. (Time Zone D — 90 minute), of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of:
High Street, East:
north and south side of the 100, 200, 300 blocks thereof; except as
otherwise restricted in this schedule.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
