Old Business: A. Update on Park and Trail Improvement Projects 1. Hunter Drive Trail a) Jim DiInman reported on the plan for the Hunter Drive trail south of Hamel Road. Due to cost and drainage issues, the most practical solution would be to have the trail running on the east side of Hunter from Hamel Road to Elm Creek Drive, where the trail would cross to the east side. This crosswalk would be aligned with the proposed location of future east -west trail linking Hunter Park to Hamel Legion Park, running across the Holasek property when it is developed. The trail would then continue on the west side of Hunter from Elm Creek Drive to Medina Road. The trail will be constructed as part of the road project. The Trail Study recommended an off -road trail for Hunter. It may be possible to construct a curb separately the trail from the roadway. 2. Park Maintenance Improvements a) Nothing to report.
