A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION
~+ OF A HOUSING POLICIES REEX~RT UNDER
SECTION 103A
6VHERFAS, Section 103A (j) (5) of the Internal Revenue
Cade of 1954, as amended requires issuers of qualified mortgage
bonds to prepare and publish, follaaing a public hearing preceded
by reasonable public notice, a report concerning housing policies;
wf-IEREA.S, there has been nret~ared and filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Lynwood a Housing Policies Report, and
the members of this council have reviewed said Report and each and
every part thereof; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held
regarding the Report and all persons desiring to be heard have
been heard;
NOw THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lync~tiod
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Housing Policies Report of the City of
L~mwood is hereby adopted.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
such Report on or before March 11, 1985.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to submit
a copy of such Report to the Secretary of the United States_Department
of the Treasury to be received by said Secretary on or before .March
5, 1985.
Section 4. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March ,
1985.
