A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-164 TO
REVISE EXHIBIT "A" OF SAID RESOLUTION, RELATING
TO WATER RATES
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of
Resolution No. 81-164, Exhibit "A" is hereby revised to read as
follows:
QUANTITY CHARGE
Effective July 1, 1985 Rate per 100/cu. ft. $0.60
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April ,
1985.
