PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 198, lot 6.02, for property located at N Whittier Street, was subdivided in
2003, and
WlIEREAS, the Tax Assessor created two new properties in 2003, issued added tax bills
including land and improvement values on each, and ,

WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor requests that the land values assessed on the original block and
lot in 2003 should be removed, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the 2003 taxes be cancelled in the
amount of$722.54.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
