WHEREAS, the Director of Public WorkstCity' Engineer has
heretofore filed witl'~ the City Co~!ncil a report setting Earth the
actual cast of the abatement a¢ dry and dying weeds that existed
on certain parcels of land in the City of Lynwood far the
1984-85 fiscal year.
NOW, THEP,EFORE, LjE IT RESOLI."ED by the CityF Council of
the City of Lynwood, as follows:

abating said nuisance, is hereby adapted and approved unmodified,

the City Council of the City of Lynwood, I have caused the
abatement of weed nuisance on certain lots in said City, which
work was completed on May ~8, 1485, and Z submit herewith an
itemized report, in writing, showing the cost of such abatement
on each separate lot, or in front thereof, or both.
I do further declare that a ccpy of this report be submitted to
said City Council at its meeting to be held on June 4, 1485, at
which time any interested property owner may file his objections
i
or protests to the proposed assessment.
