A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROPRIATING NINETY FIVE THOUSAND ($95,000)
DOLLARS FROM THE SELF INSURANCE FUND UNAPPROPRIATED
FUND BALANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF COVERING ADDITIONAL
COSTS INCURRED

WHEREAS, there has been a greater number of worker's compensation
and liability cases settled this fiscal year than anticipated; and
WHEREAS, these cases have caused additional expenditures of funds
for claims paid and additional attorney's fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is authorized to make the following
appropriations:

SECTION 2. This resolution shall be~:ome effective immediately upon
