A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION
OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE 2107 GAS TAX FUND
TO COVER THE COST OF THE LE SAGE STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO. 5-5030
WHEREAS, the City Council in June, 1984, adopted the
budget for fiscal year 1984-85; and
i
WHEREAS, the Le Sage Street Reconstruction Project was
budgeted for one hundred eighty five thousand dollars ($185,000);
and
WHEREAS, the project was amended to reflect changes in
the method of pavement and an underestimation of removal quantities;
and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost estimate for the
project is $205,000 including construction engineering costs; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required to cover the
amendments to the project; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are available in the
2107 Gas Tax Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation
and its budget implications:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that:
~_ Section 1. The City Manager be authorized to make the
following appropriation:

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
