A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING MEMBERS TO
THE INDEPENDENT CITIES RISK MANAGEMENT

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood supports the
purposes of the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority; and
WHEREAS, membership in the Independent Cities Risk Management
Authority requires designation of one of its members and an alternate,
who may be a staff member, as a voting member of the Authority's Governing
Board; and
WHEREAS, the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority requires
that each city appoint a staff member and an alternate to serve as a voting
member of the Health Benefits Committee in which the City of Lynwood intends
participation;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does resolve
as follows:
Section 1. That E. L.MOrrisis designated as a member of the Authority's
Governing Board and SandyChapek is designated as the alternate.
Section 2. ThatSandyChapek is appointed to the Health Benefits Committee
and AD Analyst is designated aE an alternate
Section 3. This resolution shall hecone ef3'ective i~~aediately upon
its adoption.
