AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE 2004 BOROUGH OF
CARTERET OFFICE ON AGING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
MIDDLESEX COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Borough has received the 2004 Office on Aging/Physical
Health Grant from Middlesex County Office on Aging; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to execute said
agreement:
-- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council that
the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the 2004
Office on Aging/Physical Health Grant from the Middlesex County Office
on Aging.
Adopted this 26th day of August, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 27th, 2004.
